WHAT: Press conference luncheon to announce a new promotional arrangement between Joe DeGuardia's Star Boxing and Larry Flynt's Hustler Club NYC and Stonecutter Event Promotions Inc. to produce an ongoing series of boxing events to be held at New York City's famous Manhattan Center starting with the premiere event on Thursday December 3rd. The main event will feature "Mighty" Mike Arnaoutis (22-3-2, 10KO) taking on Tim "Pit Bull" Coleman (16-1-1, 4KO) for the vacant USBA 140 lb. championship. Also on the card will be Brooklyn's sensational knockout artist, Peter "Kid Chocolate" Quillen (20-0, 15KO) as well as Star Boxing's undefeated light welterweight prospect, "The New" Ray Robinson (11-0, 5KO)
