Joe DeGuardia, CEO and President of Star Boxing, was awarded this year's "Most Active USBA promoter", at the 26th annual IBF/USBA Convention, which was held in Panama City, Panama. DeGuardia who was in attendance, earned the award for the work he did with current USBA Welterweight champion and IBF #2 rated, Delvin Rodriguez and former USBA Jr. Welterweight champion "Mighty" Mike Arnaoutis.
